Q: How does our delivery service work?

A: The process typically involves the following steps:

Browse and choose products on our website, and continue to checkout as prompted. Delivery information such as delivery address and payment are done through checkout online. You will then receive confirmation and dispatch updates through email. 

Delivery: A delivery person will deliver the order to the provided address within the estimated delivery time frame. We offer same day delivery and scheduled delivery within 2 hours (choice of time slots), during store hours.

Q: Where can I receive delivery? 

A: We deliver to most cities near Burnaby and Vancouver. From Surrey to Coquitlam, Delta to Richmond. You can also put your zip code during checkout to see if you qualify for local deliveries.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement for free delivery?

A: Our delivery orders require a minimum $25+ tax order to qualify for free local same-day delivery and $50+ tax to qualify for scheduled delivery, within a 20km radius of our stores. Delivery addresses exceeding our 20km radius (upto 33km) will incur a $15 delivery fee.

Q: Are there age restrictions for vape delivery?

A: Yes, customers must be of legal vaping age in their jurisdiction to place an order. Our delivery service requires customers to present 2 pieces of government ID upon delivery, that confirm they are 19 years of age or older.

 Q: What if there is an issue with my vape delivery or products?

A: If you encounter any issues with your delivery or products, we are available to assist you during store hours via our store’s online chat, phone and email.
